Our orders take 2 – 5 working days on average. If you order before 2pm, we will do our best to pick and pack your order and have it out of our warehouse by the next day and in our hands as quickly as possible!

If you would like to return or exchange a product in your order, please email info@cttc.co.za along with an explanation of the issue you are having and some pictures so that we can verify.

If there is a problem with one of the products in your order, we will arrange the collection of the product(s) in question and provide a refund or exchange the product for you. 

Unfortunately, if you have changed your mind about your purchase, we cannot issue a refund, unless the item(s) you have purchased are damaged and/or not according to standard.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can ensure the product is sent to your correct address.

You will receive a notification with your waybill number when your order leaves our warehouse. It will then be processed by our partner courier company and they will send you updates about your order. You may use the waybill number provided to track the status with the partnered courier.

Please make extra sure your details are all correct when checking out. If your order has not left our warehouse, we can change the address for you before requesting a pickup from our partnered courier company.

We ship nationwide in South Africa.

All products ordered are picked and packed in our warehouse and will arrive in one package.
